ROW.Bridal – Terms & Conditions 

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ROW.Bridal website, store, and all related services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Access and Account

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Our Products

We aim to display our products accurately; however, colours, textures, and appearance may vary depending on device settings, lighting, and production stage. Product descriptions may change without notice, and we may limit or discontinue products at our discretion.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. ROW.Bridal may accept or decline orders at its discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and confirmed. All purchases are subject to these Terms, including the bridal gown–specific conditions below. You represent that purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

4. Prices and Billing

Posted prices include taxes, shipping, handling, and customs charges unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise ROW.Bridal to charge all applicable fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk pass to you. ROW.Bridal is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

CUSTOM GOWN TERMS (ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS)

6. Photo Updates

Clients will receive photo updates throughout the gown creation process. These updates are intended to provide transparency and progress visibility. Photo quality may vary depending on lighting, production stage, and device used.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

A 40% deposit of the total gown price is required to confirm your order and begin production. Once the gown design is approved and production has commenced, the deposit becomes non‑refundable. The remaining 60% balance is due prior to final delivery or pickup. The deposit covers design work, labour allocation, and material sourcing and cannot be refunded for change‑of‑mind cancellations. Once the gown is completed and final photos are approved by the customer, it will be delivered to the nominated address. Change‑of‑mind returns or refunds are not accepted after production has begun.

8. Measurements & Fit

All gowns are produced based on the measurements provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring measurements are accurate at the time of submission. If body measurements change after production begins, any required alterations will be at the customer’s expense. Refunds cannot be issued for sizing issues caused by measurement changes. If a customer believes a sizing issue is due to a production error, the gown must be assessed by a professional alterations specialist before any refund request is considered.

9. Gown Confirmation & Design Approval

Once the gown design is approved by the client, no major changes can be made. Minor adjustments may be possible depending on production stage and may incur additional costs. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details before production begins.

10. Production Timelines & Delivery

Standard production timelines are 60–90 days. Delays due to fabric availability, shipping, customs, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly. ROW.Bridal is not liable for delays caused by third‑party suppliers or shipping carriers.

11. Alterations & Fittings

Alterations are not included in the gown price unless explicitly stated. Customers are encouraged to book fittings with a trusted local tailor if adjustments are required after delivery.

12. Communication

All communication regarding gown progress, approvals, and updates will occur via email, phone, Instagram, website chat, or your preferred contact method. Timely responses are required to avoid production delays.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—including trademarks, images, text, and designs—is owned by ROW.Bridal or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes only.

14. Optional Tools

Third‑party tools may be provided “as is” without warranties. Use of such tools is at your own risk.

15. Third‑Party Links

ROW.Bridal is not responsible for third‑party websites, content, or purchases made through external links.

16. Relationship with Shopify

ROW.Bridal is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly with ROW.Bridal. Shopify is not responsible for any transactions or issues arising from your purchases.

17. Privacy Policy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

18. Feedback

By submitting feedback, you grant ROW.Bridal a perpetual, royalty‑free license to use it for any purpose.

19. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

ROW.Bridal may correct errors or inaccuracies on the Services at any time, including after an order is submitted.

20. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, or to interfere with the operation of the Services.

21. Termination

ROW.Bridal may terminate access to the Services at any time. Certain sections of these Terms survive termination.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except where required by law.

23. Limitation of Liability

ROW.Bridal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products.

24. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ROW.Bridal and its partners from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

25. Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

26. Waiver & Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ROW.Bridal regarding the Services.

27. Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. ROW.Bridal may assign its rights without notice.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ROW.Bridal is headquartered.

29. Changes to Terms

ROW.Bridal may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
